Live simply and sustainably

We're creating a reusable revolution, and you're invited.
Simple. Sustainable. Periodéa.
Toxin-laden, single-use disposable products are harming our bodies and polluting our planet. We deserve better. That's why we create premium, reusable products that are healthy for our bodies and the environment without sacrificing comfort and performance. And we give 1% back to help end global period poverty in the process. Thank you for joining our cause.

This is the Periodéa story.
It begins with me, the founder and CEO of Periodéa. I am a woman, and I am also a mother to daughters who, just like me, have faced the challenges of periods. You could say, I understand period care on a very personal level. “It all started with countless conversations — with my daughters, with friends, with other women — about how our periods too often left us feeling limited, uncomfortable, or even ashamed. I realized we were still relying on the same single-use products that hadn’t changed in over a century. And I thought: why should something so natural continue to hold us back? I wanted to give my daughters, and women everywhere, a better choice. A choice that is sustainable, safe, and truly liberating. That’s when I began designing a menstrual disc that I actually wanted to use myself — one that offered comfort, up to 16 hours of protection, and freedom from constant worry. A product that would make periods feel less like a burden and more like a part of life we could embrace with confidence. In 2018, we launched Periodéa with a simple vision: to empower women to live freely, sustainably, and without compromise — every single cycle.”
"I started Periodéa to help my aunt in London. Now tens of thousands of people have a better period every month in 50 countries across the world."
